Description
Winsor & Newton Dammar Varnish (“damar” in America) is a traditional, high-gloss, pale yellow liquid varnish that dries quickly. Warm varnish before use. Not to be applied until painting is dry (6 – 12 months). For use on oil and alkyd paintings. Do not use in damp conditions to prevent blooming. May darken with age. Not for use as a medium. Conforms to ASTM D-4236.
