Utrecht Alkyd Gel Medium is a heavy-body gel that that safely accelerates the drying time of oil colors while increasing transparency. Ideal for layering, Alkyd Gel Medium allows for controlled fat build up, resulting in tough, durable paint films. Ideal for creating impasto, it imparts rich texture for a buttery brush response, drying to an even, satin sheen.
__NOTE__ – A thickened layer may naturally develop at the tube opening. Remove this layer for ease of dispensing.
