Expertly formulated and tested in the USA, gel mediums dry to a durable, flexible film with outstanding adhesion. They are fully intermixable with all acrylic colors.

__Utrecht Artists’ Acrylic Gloss Gel Medium__ increases body and heightens the transparency of acrylic colors. Gloss gel imparts a glossy, glass-like finish when used as a topcoat but is not considered an ideal varnish coat. Excellent for glazing, it is also ideal for use as a transfer medium and collage adhesive.

__Utrecht Artists’ Acrylic Matte Gel Medium__ is a heavy-bodied emulsion that adds body and texture to acrylic colors while imparting a flat, low-sheen finish. Use matte gel to increase paint volume for broad coverage. Mixing liberal amounts with colors will also give the effect of reduced transparency. Beyond painting, gel matte medium makes an excellent transfer medium and collage adhesive.
