Translucent Red medium is an iron oxide-based pigment engineered for transparent watercolor applications. Its pure, intense glaze delivers vibrant reds with excellent stability across washes and glazes. Mix with Pearl Luster Ekaton or Ekaton S to achieve warm golden undertones, or blend into earth colors for depth and richness. Mull thoroughly before use to unlock full color intensity and transparency. Ideal for layering and luminous effects in watercolor work.
