Specially developed to enhance dry media, these Sennelier La Cartel Pastel Card Mixed Media Pads are also designed to work well with wet techniques. A layer of pH-neutral cork powder on the cardstock’s surface creates a toothy finish that grabs hold of soft pastel particles with ease.
Add extensive layers of pastel, graphite, or charcoal to bring depth and intensity to your drawings, or combine them with wet techniques for incredible mixed media results. The pure wood pulp cardboard base stands up well to water and solvents, and its acid-free properties help preserve the quality of your finished projects for years to come. Each glue bound pad contains 12 sheets of 190 lb (410 gsm) paper.
