Gelly Roll Moonlight Pens have a fine point that mimics a paint pen on colored papers, photographs, and vellum. With creamy, smooth, opaque ink, it’s perfect for writing in journals, decorating cards, and pattern drawing. All Moonlight colors produce outstanding effects on black paper and are bright on white paper. Their fine lines allow the ink to dry quickly, minimizing smearing. The fluorescent colors glow under a black light. The archival pens contain pigment-based ink that is chemically stable, waterproof, and fade-resistant. *Note: The fluorescent colors may fade if exposed to direct sunlight.
