The sturdy, reusable box is coated in easy-to-clean enamel and contains 48 empty half pans. Simply fill the pans with watercolors of your choice, let them dry, and re-wet with water to paint. New York Central half pans snap snugly into the pan rails and can be rearranged.
Painter’s Color Diary® Watercolor Swatch Cards are perfect for creating swatch keys for watercolor sets. These particular swatch cards fit inside the lid of the included Watercolor Palette Box. Each swatch rectangle has a bold black line for testing transparency or separating half-tones. You’ll find a convenient space to write the color’s name by the swatch. The 100% cotton paper is sized to accept watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, pastel, oil pastel, and more.
