These pochade boxes are handcrafted to showcase the natural beauty of the trees they’re made from — each box has unique grain lines, knots, and varying wood tones.The lightweight boxes are made with Baltic Birch, with stainless steel and aluminum accents and non-corrosive hardware. They’re hand-sanded, then finished with a wood finish that’s non-porous, dense, and resistant to water, solvents, and mediums. It’s also crack-proof, chip-proof, and non-yellowing.Strong rare earth magnets are used for the closure, panel/canvas holder, removable side wall, and side tray attachment. The boxes are compatible with universal ¼” tripod mounts.
