Each bottle of Kyo No Oto ink is inspired by the scenery and culture of Japan. These dye-based inks are great with dip pens and fountain pens. Ink color may vary slightly from one bottle to another.
- No. 1, Nurebairo, is a cool black inspired by the raven-colored hair of Japanese women.
- No. 2, Imayouiro, is a bright pink-red inspired by the safflower dyes popular throughout Heian-era Japan.
- No. 3, Kokeiro, is a yellow-green inspired by the moss found on old trees and rocks throughout Kyoto’s landscapes.
- No. 7, Hisoku, is a grayish-blue inspired by celadon pottery of classical Japan.
