Description
In the tradition of Bjorn Targjeison Bjaalid (old spelling), 1791-1859. His work is a delightful play between filigreed scrolls, decorated like engraved silver work, people and a lively stylized rose. He did many works, however, the piece chosen for this study was his work on a trunk. The horse riders were on the front which was divided into 2 panels. The woman on the right side, and the man on the left.
