The inks feature pigments chosen for their low acidity and exceptional lightfastness. Like oil paints, Charbonnel etching inks dry through oxidation. Depending on the color, the drying time can vary between 2 and 3 weeks. You can easily lighten the highly pigmented Charbonnel Etching Ink with transparency medium to create a range of tones.
