Cerium Red, PR 265

Description

Pigment made of the rare-earth element Cerium. Good temperature resistance, very opaque, lightfast and weather resistant. Cerium pigments reflect IR radiation and absorb UV radiation and are used in insulation paints. Serves as alternative to Cadmium pigments.
