Brush and Pencil took the Titanium White found in colored pencils and created a ground-breaking powder with it. The white powder is completely opaque and has excellent covering power. In areas where you need white, you can apply Titanium White powder with an applicator sponge. If you use too much, you can lift it back with mounting putty. Mix a pinch ofTitanium White with a few drops of Brush and Pencil’s Touch-Up Texture to add highlights. You can apply the creamy mixture with a detail brush. Once dry, you can draw over the highlights.
