Bride’s Boxes – Bridal Painting

Description

These designs are in the book “Bridal Painting”.  They fit two of the shaker boxes that we offer.  The two long narrow boxes are our “Lg Oval Shallow Shaker Box” which measures 16″ long x 7″ wide and 2 3/4″ deep. 

The other design is on our “Oval Museum Bride’s Box”   The tall oval box measures 11 1/4″ by 8 1/2″ and is about 6″ tall

The styles are Jo Sonja’s contemporary adaptations inspired by styles from the mountain areas of Germany, Bavaria, Austria and Switzerland.   Boxes such as these were painted and usually given as love gifts.
