__Type 79D__ – A heavyweight, double-weave linen with a rough finish and a 10.35 oz weight. It’s ideal for artists who prefer coarsely textural paintings with lots of brush drag. All pieces are 76” wide. NOTE: Rabbit skin glue sizing is not compatible with this linen type. Use PVA sizing, acrylic sizing, or acrylic gesso to prepare Blick Type 79D Linen.
__Type 66J__ – Very smooth and tightly woven, Blick Type 66J is the professional portraitist’s dream. The fine surface is also great for realistic landscapes or any genre where capturing detail is the goal. Constructed with single strands for both warp and weft, it has an 8.85 oz raw weight. All pieces are 54” wide.
__Type 185__ – An excellent general purpose linen with a smooth texture, Blick Type 185 is tightly woven from single-ply threads. It has a substantial 9.3 oz raw weight. The 125” width lets you work on a grand scale.
__Type 144__ – Tightly woven with a smooth, single weave texture, this Belgian linen canvas is ideal for highly detailed work and portraiture. It has a 6 oz weight. All pieces measure 84” wide.
__Type 135__ – This is an excellent general purpose linen with a medium-smooth, single weave texture. It has a 9.45 oz raw weight. All pieces measure 54” wide.
__Type 73D__ – With the perfect midpoint texture between fine and medium, this canvas is tightly woven for smoothness. It has double warp and weft strands for strength and an unprimed weight of 8.4 oz — great for a wide range of subjects and techniques. All pieces are 72” wide.
__Type 74D__ – Constructed with a double weave pattern for outstanding strength. The medium texture makes it a versatile choice for most subjects, techniques, and painting styles. It has a 10.9 oz raw weight. All pieces are 54” wide.
__Type 215__ – This heavier, 11.5 oz, medium-rough linen canvas is ideal for those who prefer a bit of brush drag and residual texture. All pieces measure 84” wide.
