Fredrix Standard Stretcher Strips
Fredrix Standard Stretcher Strips feature tongue-and-groove design, each stretcher strip measures 1 5/8″ ” 11/16″ with a full 1/8″ tapered lip for maximum clearance. They are molded on modern woodworking machines to ensure a smooth and tight fit. Fredrix Stretcher Strips are slotted with rounded inside corners and have a uniform beaded edge for forming a perfect painting support. Each strip is sanded for a smooth finish. Don’t forget to pick up several wedges for the stretcher strips! They are a key component in holding a custom canvas together!
