M144. Molotow Masking Pen
This amazing bullet-tip pen is filled with masking fluid. Let the fluid dry, then you can paint on top of it. Once the paint is dry, remove the masking fluid with a Rubber Cement PikUp (S199) to reveal the paper color underneath!
