Created in 1893, this 100% cotton bristol is an industry standard. Plate surface has an ultra-smooth finish that is unsurpassed for detailed work with technical pen, airbrush and marker. Exceptionally smooth surface is great for handling even the sharpest pointed nib. Not recommended for traditional watercolor techniques. Strathmore’s 500 Series is ideal for professional artists.
