This 9″ x 12″ Sumi-E Sketch Pad is made with Aitoh’s thicker Hosho Washi paper. This paper is considered stronger than regular Washi paper and is typically used for sketching, painting, and printmaking. One side of the Hosho paper is smooth, and the other side is rough. The pad has 48 sheets that are attached by a loose thread to the pad.
