Description
These woodless pencils made in Austria are made of pure pigment encased in a thin layer of lacquer. Draw fine lines or fill in large areas, then wash over with water and a brush. Sharpen in a standard pencil sharpener. Both fine lines and large areas can be painted with these unique aquarelle pencils.
