Description
Winsor & Newton Artists’ Gloss Varnish is a modern, general-use varnish for oil and alkyd paintings. Dries to a clear, removable, high-gloss finish with a non-yellowing film that protects against grease, dirt, UV damage. Vary the gloss finish by mixing with a matte varnish. Does not bloom. Not to be applied until painting is dry (6 – 12 months). Not for use as a medium.Flammable. Conforms to ASTM D-4236.

A general-purpose, non-yellowing varnish, Winsor & Newton Artists’ Original Gloss Varnish dries to a high-gloss finish. It may be mixed with Artists’ Matt Varnish for a custom degree of gloss.
